6.上下翻拌至无颗粒备用

7.蛋白低速打至大鱼泡时放入食盐和柠檬汁

8.再分三次加入50克白砂糖

9.打至硬性发泡

10.取1/3蛋白糊至蛋黄糊中拌匀

11.再回倒至蛋白糊上下翻拌均匀

12.倒入模具中,轻震几下震出大气泡

13.送入预热好的烤箱中下层:上下火120度,烤25分钟

14.转150度烤20分钟至表面上色

15.取出模具,凉后脱模

16.盆中倒入250克淡奶油和25克白砂糖

17.打至花纹状,装一半至带有裱花嘴的裱花袋中

18.另一半滴入3滴斑斓香精拌匀后装入另一个带有裱花嘴的裱花袋中

19.将蛋糕横剖二层,底层放入餐碟中并挤上绿色奶油

小窍门&温馨提示
1、6个鸡蛋配方量:我分别做了4个动物硅胶模具和2个6连模硅胶撒具,也是用2台烤箱同时烤的,因些每个模具份量多少,无法知晓,请亲们谅解
2、由于硅胶模具不易上色之特点,我采用先低温慢烤再转高温上色,所以烤制时间相对较长
3、天热打发淡奶油,若不开空调可在盆底放置冰块更轻松,另外挤奶油油时也需动作快,否则一会儿奶油就化掉了
